Do you provide international shipping?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country of the order. We ship all orders from our fulfilment warehouse located in Dubai.

Do I have to pay any tax on my purchases?
For purchases outside of the UAE you may be required to pay duty tax/VAT and/or customs fee on your orders and are not included in your order’s total. MON.AMELISSA assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

My parcel is delayed/didn't have a tracking update for a while?
Your parcel is probably waiting in line for customs clearance at the border of your country. Sometimes if customs are busy, clearance gets delayed, and parcels are queued awaiting clearance. This might take up to 2 weeks. Once your shipment was cleared it will have a new scan.
Please keep in mind that customs are outside of the couriers or our control and there is no way for them or us to speed up the process!

Please handle with care to maintain the quality. Our wooden teethers should not be washed with running water, just wipe with a wet cloth and rub with oil (e.g., coconut oil) and bee wax to extend lifetime.

All our clothes are custom made and come in standard sizes; we therefore do not accept any returns. However, if you have any requests for size changes, please contact the tailor of your trust.

How are your products packed?
If you don't order a gift box, items are esthetical packed in plastic pouches and paper wrap. For gift wrapping please order a gift box or customized gift box.
